o Setting up décor items brought by the couple and consolidating those items at the end of the night

o Directing ceremony rehearsal on evening before the event for rental time

o Building a timeline to share with vendors, couples, wedding parties, etc.

o Contacting vendors week of the wedding to confirm arrival times and venue expectations

o 8’ rectangular tables(for buffet/food service+guest tables)

• Setup and breakdown of tables and chairs

• 2 golf carts for shuttling guests

• 1 person on-hand for duration of event for direction of traffic and last minute questions

• Use of ceremony site for rehearsal if performed during specified times above

• Use of barn pavilion for rehearsal dinner when utilized during specified times above

• Use of climate-controlled storage area during weekend rental, which includes use of 2 refrigerators

• Use of property for bridal portraits. Must be scheduled 30 days in advance with Donnaha Valley Farm
