Donnaha Valley Farm's barn overlooks the naturally beautiful Yadkin River Valley at the edge of Forsyth County in North Carolina. Yes, the address is in Tobaccoville, NC so unless you are from around here, you may be shocked to find out there is such a place! We have 3 different wedding packages available to fit your budget needs. Please check out Calendar page to make sure your desired date is available. We try and keep this updated to assist in your search for the perfect wedding venue.
**ALL of our wedding packages outlined below are built to accommodate up to 200 guests. If you plan to have MORE guests, please reach out to us at our ‘Contact Us’ page and we can customize a package for your guest list.**

Wedding Weekend PREMIUM Package
Let us remove the stress of wedding planning by handling most of the organization and details! Includes everything in the Diamond Package (below) PLUS the following:
Exclusive use of the Donnaha Valley Farm ceremony site, barn pavilion, and facilities for one weekend with specified times below:
Friday: 5pm-7pm
Saturday: 10am - 11pm
Professional Wedding Planning services provided
Includes initial consultation with bride and groom to determine dreams/expectations
Ceremony Direction (including rehearsal coordination)
Decoration assistance day-of event
Etiquette guidance when requested
Vendor referrals
Prepare timeline of events rehearsal for reception + itinerary for couple, wedding party, family, and vendors
Organize and set-up any photos, meal placecards, bridal portrait, goblets, cake cutting items, guest book, and pen at reception
On-site coordination of all reception activities (2 persons specifically dedicated to reception activities outside of catering and DJ-ing service)
DJ professional DJ services from Donnaha Valley Farm’s preferred vendor provided for reception & ceremony music

Wedding/Rehearsal Plus Package
This is our most popular package. It is perfect if you want most items included, but want to select your own caterer, table décor, etc. Everything included in the Standard Package (below) PLUS the following:

Dedicated professional wedding coordinator dedicated to your event (up to 10 hours of onsite presence)
Planning conference calls up to 6 months prior to your event date
Setting up decor items brought by the couple and consolidating these items at the end of the event
Directing ceremony rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
Directing ceremony on event date (up to 10 hours)
Building a timeline for vendors to reference (includes contacting each vendor to confirm arrival times)
On-site coordinating reception events along with vendors on event date
Tables, Chairs, Linens, Glassware for up to 200 seated guests: (Standard package referenced below plus the following)

When you are looking for an outdoor venue for a Triad Wedding in North Carolina, come see our beautiful views at the ceremony site and all around Donnaha Valley Farm. We take pride in our Garden-style weddings and let nature be the decorations, however you can also fancy-up the venue for a more elegant outdoor wedding in the Winston-Salem area. Donnaha Valley Farm is a Forsyth County Wedding Venue but has the unmatched views that are hard to find without going to the Mountains of North Carolina. The rolling hills give the feel of the mountains without the destination wedding for your guests. You can find various levels of wedding packages available from very basic to all-inclusive. Our space has a separate ceremony and reception area available that are right beside each other for easy flow from ceremony into cocktail hour or reception. Although we are an outdoor venue near Winston-Salem, we also have a rain plan in the event that there is inclement weather. We are experienced with running weddings in our space and are happy to help along the way or let you take the lead.
