A love of gardening, horticulture, and agriculture generated the dream of Donnaha Valley Farm in 2014. It was nothing more than that, a dream.
Many years of large-scale gardening on the Tesh property proved to bear plentiful harvests, which opened doors for providing vegetables to local farm-to-table restaurants in 2014. Chickens were welcomed to the farm in 2014 and live in what has been called the Taj Mahal for Chickens. Other small livestock is arriving in 2015 to allow for more farming educational opportunities and dairy products.
When Devon proposed to Sandy in June 2014, they were searching for an event venue that would be outdoors, but still elegant. After touring yet another event venue, Joanna and Eric came to the conclusion that, "We can do this!" and the idea of Donnaha Valley barn officially was underway.
