Includes everything in Weekend Wedding plus…

  • o Friday: 4pm – 8pm

    o Saturday: 10am – 11pm, music ending at 10pm

    o Sunday: 9am – 11am for pick-up only

  • o Includes initial consultation with bride and groom to determine dreams/expectations

    o Ceremony Direction (including rehearsal coordination)

    o Decoration assistance day-of event

    o Etiquette guidance when requested

    o Vendor Referrals

    o Attend vendor meetings w/ couple + vendor communication management

    o Prepare timeline of events for reception + itinerary for couple, wedding party, family, and vendors

    o Create room lay-out for reception

    o Organize and setup any photos, meal place cards, bridal portrait, goblets, cake cutting items, guest book, and pen at reception

    o On-site coordination of all reception activities (4 persons specifically dedicated to reception activities outside of catering and DJ-ing services)

  • o Let one of our preferred and most trusted dee-jays emcee your big day

    o DJ services provided for ceremony & reception music, including emceeing the event

  • o (200) disposable dinner plates (china-like plates)

    o (200) disposable dessert plates (china-like plates)

    o (200) silver or gold disposable flatware (knife, fork, spoon)

    o (200) white cloth napkins

    o (200) disposable dessert forks

    o (200) disposable dessert napkins (paper)

    o (200) mason jars for drinking glasses

  • o Menu to include your choice from Donnaha Valley Farm’s catering vendor, Honky Tonk Smokehouse:

    o Drinks (Non-Alcoholic provided, Alcoholic beverages NOT included):

    o Buffet-style service (includes 2-3 persons serving food to guests)

    o Chaffing dishes for buffet service

    o Drink dispensers for non-alcoholic beverages

    o Bartending service (beer & wine only), alcohol NOT included
